PPS adopts new calendar; changes elementary school tiers for 2024-25 school year

At the Feb. 29 meeting of the School Board of the City of Portsmouth, the School Board voted to approve a school calendar with a pre-Labor Day start for the 2024-25 school year. This change was implemented to best align with neighboring school divisions in the region.
